The service

Riobah creates original personalized songs based on the description, preferences, and package you select at checkout. Delivery estimates are: Basic within 48 hours, Premium typically under 24 hours, and Express under 4 hours for orders placed between 8 AM and 8 PM ET.

Your content

You confirm that the information you submit is yours to share and does not violate our Content Policy. We may decline and refund any order that violates that policy.

Ownership and use

Your completed song is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, including sharing on social media and playing at private events. Commercial use (advertising, paid promotion, resale) requires a separate commercial license — contact us to arrange one.

Lyric approval (Premium & Express)

Premium and Express orders include a lyric approval step: we email your lyrics before production, and your songs are produced once you approve them. Prompt approval keeps your delivery estimate on track; Express delivery windows depend on timely approval.

All sales final

Every song is a custom-made creative work produced specifically for you. All sales are final: completed orders are not eligible for revisions or refunds. Every package includes two song versions, and Premium and Express orders include lyric approval before production.

Express delivery

Express orders placed between 8 AM and 8 PM ET are produced on a priority basis with a target delivery of under 4 hours from lyric approval. Delivery times depend on timely lyric approval by the customer.

Limitation

Songs are creative works; taste varies, and we cannot guarantee a particular artistic result beyond matching your stated occasion, style, and description in good faith.
