When you place an order we collect your name, email address, payment information (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers), and the details you provide about your song, including the recipient’s name and your song description.

How we use it

We use your information to create and deliver your song, send order updates, provide customer support, and improve our service. If you provide a gift recipient’s email, we use it only to deliver the song on your chosen date.

Song content

Your song descriptions are used solely to produce your order. We do not sell your personal information or your song descriptions to third parties.

Service providers

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the service: payment processing, email delivery, cloud audio storage, and analytics. Each provider is bound to protect your data.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated information by contacting us. Public song pages can be unpublished on request.
