Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every Riobah song is a custom-made creative work, written and produced specifically from your story. For that reason, all sales are final — completed orders are not eligible for refunds, and songs are not eligible for revisions.

How we protect your order instead

Every package includes two different versions of your song, so you always have a choice. Premium and Express orders additionally include lyric approval: we email your lyrics before production, and nothing is produced until you approve the words.

Before production begins

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun; once your song enters production, the order is final.

Defective files

If a delivered file is technically defective — for example, corrupted audio or a file that will not play — contact us within 14 days and we will re-deliver a working copy of your song at no charge.
